Service Availability
Uptime and Maintenance
We strive to provide reliable service with minimal downtime
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions
- We maintain regular backups but recommend you keep your own copies
Termination
By You
- • You may cancel your account at any time
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
- • You can export your data before cancellation
- • No refunds for partial billing periods
By Us
- • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations

- • Immediate termination for serious violations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, e-dukaan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

- • Disputes must be filed within one year of the claim arising
- • Class action lawsuits are not permitted

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:
